According
to sub section of 130 of MV Act, 1988, the owner of vehicle or Driver
on demand by registering authority should produce Certificate of
registration and Insurance on public road.
You are requested to to
preserve the certificate of insurance and carry it in the vehicle at the
time of use on public road.
